Roasted Sweet Potatoes

These sweet potatoes are perfect for all fall meals, from salads and warm grain bowls to just eating them as a side vegetable. They're warm and cozy and full of spices and flavor. This recipe is super easy since all you do is cut your potatoes, toss them in the seasoning, and bake. The hardest part is waiting for them to finish baking before you can dive in.


TOTAL TIME: 40 minutes


2 medium sweet potatoes (cubed)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon chili flakes

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon paprika

Salt (to taste)

Pepper (to taste)


  1. Preheat your oven to 375° F and line a baking sheet with parchment or foil. Toss your sweet potatoes in the oil and mix in the seasoning. Mix well and then spread them out on your baking sheet. Make sure to spread them out. Bake for 25-30 minutes until tender.
