If I could eat one thing for the rest of my life, I would be content with eating these brownies. They're ooey-gooey, fudgy brownies that are oh so good, and not to mention so easy to make.
TOTAL TIME: 50 minutes
SERVINGS: 9 or 16 (depending on how big you cut them)
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 cup milk (preferably not fat free milk)
1/4 cup full fat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup cup chocolate chips (divided)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon espresso powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
RECIPE:
Preheat your oven to 350° F and line an 8'' x 8'' metal baking pan with parchment.
In a microwavable bowl, add 1/4 cup chocolate chips, butter, espresso powder. Microwave it for 30 seconds increments stirring in between. Once everything is melted, set aside.
In a bowl, whisk together your flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together your cream/milk and sugar until fully combined and the sugar starts to dissolve.
Then pour the sugar mixture and butter mixture into the flour mixture and fold until just combined. Add in the rest of your chocolate chips and pour the batter into the pan.
Bake for 35-45 minutes at 350° F. Make sure to let the brownies cool before cutting them.
